Westcotes Flooring partnered up with Vinci Construction to help deliver and install the flooring to phase one of the Bishopsgate Student Accommodation development in Coventry City Centre.
This 1st phase provided 725 student units across 5 tower blocks rising up 17 story’s, to accommodate the universities growing student population.

Due to excessive moisture content within the screed, a DPM and smoothing compound was applied throughout the 23,000 m² project to combat the moisture and to remove any surface irregularities.
Amtico Spacia Acoustic was selected and installed to the majority of the bedroom, circulation and common areas, this is an outstanding, design focused, hard working, streamline collection which was perfect for this type of commercial application.

The public lobby, communal and social study areas had Interface Human Nature Carpet tiles installed, this range offers a tufted texture, multiple shades,and comes in a ‘ skinny plank ‘ format.
